Dear Representative L'Italien,

I wanted to email you today as a registered voter in Haverhill (Ward 5 Precinct 2), and express to you my utter disdain for the above noted piece of legislation being voted on this year.

I firmly do not believe that children of, or illegal aliens in our State should qualify for, nor be given the opportunity to pay in-state tuition at state colleges. It is simply a hand out to people who have not obeyed the law, and a slap in the face to those hard working parents who play by the rules, live in a neighboring state, and must pay a higher rate.

Further, I will not support now or in the future anyone who votes in favor of this give away.

I thank you for the opportunity to express my wishes on the issue. I look forward to being advised of your vote in the roll call.
