1099-G statements
In January, DUA mails a 1099-G statement to all claimants showing total benefits paid and taxes withheld during the previous calendar year. You will need this form when you file your tax returns. Your 1099-G statements can be viewed online and printed for your records by logging into WebCert (UI online for workers).
